The worst moving experience I’ve ever had. They arrived on the wrong day. And then were unable to fulfil their commitment of the next working day. When we finally got round to moving they damaged our floors in our old house and the walls badly, they also damaged furniture, rebuilt things incorrectly and left a glass insert that belonged in a tv stand under the sofa cushions (which we were unaware of) which a friend sat on and the glass went everywhere. They never came to fix the floors or anything. We received minimal compensation. I would never in my life recommend these cowboys.

Hassle-free and efficient - many thanks to the movers on the day who packed, transported and unpacked a 2 bedroom flat. Special thanks to Aaron who was a pleasure to deal with the entire time - constantly responsive with any queries and very communicative.

I rarely write reviews, but Aussie Man and Van is worth it! Incredible service, timely team, and top-notch service. Our home furniture and valuables were treated with the upmost care from start to finish. Kudos to the office staff too for being responsive and supportive throughout the process. For anyone planning to move, I’d highly recommend the company for a hassle-free experience and superior service!

ALFIE and the boys were phenomenal! I have never experienced such a smooth move ever in my life. Beyond fantastic, my gosh… They have taken such a load off my shoulders. I wish them all the best. Friendly guys, very careful, they didn’t even scratch any walls (trust me I looked :))

Great team - friendly, efficient and respectful of everything. We have used them several times over the years and the standard remains incredibly high. They remain calm when confronted with challenges - from parking problems to impossible manoeuvres.

Exceptional service both on the day and behind the scenes. Burke & Willis made my move incredibly seamless. I was out of my previous property and into my new one in around 2 hours! I would absolutely recommend!

We had an absolutely brilliant experience with the Aussie Man and Van Team - by far the best experience that we have had among the (many) removals companies that we've used.
Lauren in the office handled the arrangements excellently, very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. She sent a great team to do our move - Victor, Vlad, Adrian, Arthur, Kit - they were super efficient and speedy, very professional and helpful. We were very impressed overall - thank you. Highly recommend!

We received a great removals service, packing and transport very efficient. Not quite 5 stars as there was minor damage to some furniture. Customer experience would also be better if the removals team were all on the same payment structure (eg hourly vs day rate).
